2. Use of Platform

• • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices and availability are determined by each celebrity and may change at any time before you complete a booking.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of cancellation. Some bookings may be non‑refundable. Details are shown at the time of booking and in your booking summary.

5. Celebrity Responsibilities

Celebrities are responsible for delivering services in a professional and timely manner according to the confirmed booking details.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse content, harass talent, or engage in any unlawful activity on the Platform. Once a booking is confirmed, you are responsible for complying with the selected service rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and celebrities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
